Schmid Residence- After the recent storm at the end of June left several holes in her roof, Robin, decided to to replace her roof and also extend her soffits in the front her of her home. Here are some before and after pictures. Robin picked an excellent color which picks up the colors in her Hardie siding.She chose a GAF Timberline architectural shingle with a lifetime material warranty.New ridge vent was installed along with drip edge flashing and ice and water shield. The job was finished in 3 days.
