Point Lookout

Point Lookout

North Ocean City

Introduced to David through Realtor Nancy Reither of Coldwell Banker, Point Lookout was originally intended to be an extensive renovation of a preexisting 1970s residence. Following a far-reaching analysis, David determined a tear down and rebuild would be necessary — the first of his career.

David designed Point Lookout to include a combination of all the best aspects from the Islet Isle properties he created, including a grand kitchen, butler’s pantry, a mud room and extensive ceiling-beam details, as examples. Functionality and setting were unified through all suites having adjoining bathrooms and positioned facing the Assawoman Bay. First-level entertaining is a breeze at Point Lookout thanks to its beautiful kitchen and family room, which extends seamlessly to the outside decks, featuring an infinity pool and spa with swim-up bar stools to its recessed cabana that includes a full bar, inlayed cabinetry, outdoor TVs and a bathroom.

Point Lookout’s incredible setting is maximized from every space of the residence, including a fourth-level captain’s watch that offers unobstructed 360-degree views of the Ocean City skyline and Bay. The residence’s elevator was even outfitted with tempered glass and clear French doors at every level so that the views can be enjoyed while ascending to any floor.
